: mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty
Mental toughness is what allows an individual to allow a person to persevere through difficult circumstances and to get through that without losing confidence. Having the power to do something that you want to do while not letting your ego be affected as a result of the outcome. Moral strength is the ability to determine whether it’s the right time to take action.
Once you’ve evaluated that you’re tough enough to get through the outcome, whether it be in your favor or not, and you have that inner ability to persevere through that circumstance nothing else can stop you. If you say something still can stop you at this point then it’s just plain old fear!
Believe in yourself.
